Wisdom Wednesday – Listen to Learn

Listening is a lost art these days. As a hearing clinic, we get customers who not only want to hear better but also want to be heard better by their audiologist. That’s why it’s so important for us to listen to their concerns. We’re opening ourselves up to bits and pieces of information about their day-to-day challenges and their priorities in life.

This allows us to build good relationship with them, and solve their issues more appropriately and effectively.

This doesn’t apply just to customers. Stop for a minute and listen to our loved ones, to our friends, to our colleagues, and truly listen to what they have to say, we may learn something new.
