You may be eligible if you’re an Australian citizen or permanent resident, 26 years of age and over, meeting one of the following criteria:

• Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card
• Gold DVA/Repatriation Health Card
• White DVA/Repatriation Health Card (specifying hearing loss)
• Health Care Card (Sickness Allowance from Centrelink)

You may also be eligible if you are:

• Dependent of a person in one of the above categories
• An active member of the Defence Force
• A client of CRS Australia
