FREE Full Hearing Evaluation

To get the complete picture for your hearing health, your hearing and ears are assessed by Ivory Hearing using multiple clinically-proven techniques and instruments. All this for no charge!

Subsidised Or FREE Hearing Aids

If the evaluation indicates that hearing aids would be beneficial, you get access to all leading brands of quality hearing aids. You can choose to get free hearing aids (completely fine) or top-up a difference to get more premium features.

FREE Hearing Health Rehabilitation

Hearing health rehabilitation takes time and patience. You will receive counselling and consultation on your hearing health to get the maximum benefit from your hearing aids at no charge.

Subsidised Ongoing Maintenance & Care

The general maintenance for your hearing aids will be largely subsidised. To ensure your hearing aids are working at their best, you will receive ongoing hearing care that provides all the services you need – batteries supply, repair service, cleaning service, readjustment service

Are you eligible for subsidised & free hearing aids?

You are eligible if you are an Australian citizen or permanent resident, 26 years of age and over, meeting one of the following criteria:

  • Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card
  • Gold DVA/Repatriation Health Card
  • White DVA/Repatriation Health Card (specifying hearing loss)
  • Health Care Care (Sickness Allowance from Centrelink)

You may also be eligible if you are:

  • Dependent of a person in one of the above categories
  • Active member of the Defence Force
  • Client of CRS Australia
